All non Indian participants are requested to obtain an appropriate visa for attending the conference. It is strongly advised that an application for visa may be made by the delegates to the Indian Ministry of Home Affairs, Foreign Division in your own home country well in advance (preferably two months prior to the conference) due to possible delays in visa processing. If you are planning to attend the conference, even if final decision is not made, please follow the link below and fill in the registration form for delegates from abroad and submit to the convener, external affairs ministry, well in advance along with an invitation letter from INMA. This is a must obey rule of the Indian Government for non Indian visitors.
